Shipping
We ship our cases within the Netherlands. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Custom items
Our custom items are carefully handmade and can take up to 2 weeks to create. Once your personalized case is finished, your order will be shipped immediately. Delivery times depend on PostNL.
Each case is individually handmade. No two are exactly the same. Small imperfections may occur and are part of the artisanal nature of our product — we strive to minimise these wherever possible.
Non-custom items
For non-custom items, orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Tip: Double check beforehand if you’ve ordered the right iPhone size to avoid disappointment.
Returns
Custom items
Custom-made products cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically according to customer specifications and cannot be resold.
Non-custom items
Customers have the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. After notification, you have 14 more days to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Custom items and sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Products must be brand new: unused and undamaged.
Important: Returning an order is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the shipment back to you and charge additional shipping fees. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
HOW TO:
1. Complete the return form
2. After your return request gets approved by our team, we will send you the steps to return your item
3. Once we receive the return item and if all return conditions are met, we will refund your purchase within 14 days to the original payment method.
